The Experience
I got my first six-string after my granddad passed on in the summer of ’76. My grandma told me he’d said he wanted it to go to me. So after the service down at the VFW, she took me out to the car and pulled out an old, battered case and she handed it to me. She said there was something special inside. I was twelve years old.
